You really have to excuse me, im new to this. But i got a lot going on in life, so buckle up. The life of a stylist, a good stylist, is probably one of the most hectic lives to live. Mainly because of all the chaos in not having a set schedule on a daily basis. Its probably one of the best jobs in america to have because of tax purposes, but one of the worst jobs to have as far as stability. The economy affects everyone, good or bad, but to a stylist, a good stylist, it can be either lucrative or devastating. The main reason is because we live off of everyone else. We dont go to work 9-5 and expect a check weekly or bi-weekly. No, we have to grind for long hours hoping that all of our appointments will show up and get their hair done so that we can have some money. Cause this is a rule in hairstyling, NO WORK NO EAT. Its 6:30 and im getting ready to head to the shop and grind on a Tuesday (one of the slowest days of the week for a stylist). So i will talk to yall tomorrow. But feel free to hit me up, im open for any questions.
